Based in the ACT, Sharing Places have developed a wonderful pilot project funded by the ACT Workforce Impact Collective called ‘Communication- a Partnership with Service Users’. This pilot is focussed on improving the communication between support workers and their clients, one aspect of which is teaming up a Key Worker with each client to ensure a client’s specific interests are identified and pursued.
