- Eligibility criteria for an ACROD Permit and Companion Card, now expanded to include legally blind persons
- Evidence that is required when submitting applications
- Where ACROD Permits, Companion Cards and Changing can be used
- Information about Companion Cards and ACROD Permits, covering FAQs from Allied Health Practitioners
- Ways to support Participants to access Changing Places, using a Master Locksmiths Access Key (MLAK)
- Linkage to resources that will provide further guidance and how to seek support if required
