The Roadshows Journey

As part of the Roadshow journey, job seekers go through the following process below to help facilitate matches with employers:

1.Registration

Job seekers register online for the event.

2. Pre-screening

Before the event Job Seekers complete a disability Education Toolkit to build an understanding about the NDIS Jobs Roadshows, the NDIS and the Industry, what personal skills and attributes are required for a role in disability.

3. Roadshow attendance

4. Speed Interviews

Two days after Roadshow, job seekers and employers may have a short one-on-one interview online about the person and the job.
