Call for papers
In the meantime, the conference organisers would like to hear from thought-leaders and experienced practitioners in the sector who can add to a debate, freshen a perspective or light a spark for innovation. They want to hear about how you are driving your workforce into the future.
If you wish to bring your ideas to life at this year’s conference, fill out the form and submit an abstract of your paper (300 words) through the conference webpage. The paper can cover any of the workforce and human resources issues facing disability providers:
- retention
- innovative workforce sourcing
- innovative supervision models
- managing workforce in a highly competitive environment
- increasing and tracking workforce diversity
- increasing workers with disability in provider workforce
- developing leaders in disability.
If you are a provider that strives as a thought or practice leader in these areas, make a submission by 10:00pm (AEDT) on 5 May. Masterclass proposals will also be accepted.
A programming committee will review and shortlist submissions.
